Gabriela Cedillo, a 24-year-old Chicago bank teller, was thrilled to appear as an extra in Transformers 3 until she suffered a serious injury on set. She sustained critical head injuries from a metal object that flew through her windshield on Wednesday night. Medical staff rushed Cedillo to Loyola University Hospital where she was listed in critical condition. According to Chicago’s Red Eye, the object hit Cedillo’s vehicle around 7pm.
