In 1998, Disney introduced the world to Lindsay Lohan. The movie was The Parent Trap, Disney’s remake of their 1961 classic about a pair of twin girls, separated at birth, who meet at summer camp, and switch places in an attempt to reunite their divorced parents. The film made a decently solid $66 million at the domestic box-office and showcased the charismatic talent of its young star, Lindsay Lohan. After her impressive debut, it seemed as if the sky was the limit for this young star. Five years later, she blossomed into a young woman, displaying her teenage angst and developed physical features in another Disney remake with Jamie Lee Curtis, Freaky Friday.
