Rumblings of this mysterious project have been making the internet rounds recently, some saying that it was ultimately going to end up being a sequel to Cloverfield; until Abrams flat-out said last Thursday that Super 8 “has nothing to do” with Cloverfield. So that’s settled. What isn’t settled, is what the film will ultimately be about. Although this past weekend, we were given our first glimpse of Super 8, in the form of a teaser trailer that ran before prints of Iron Man 2. That teaser is now online, in glorious HD, and is available for you to watch after the break.
