First Glance: A Bloody Megan Fox & Eminem In Funny People

After battling massive transforming alien-robots for the past four years, Megan Fox decided to go a different route for her next movie. And it seems as though she wanted to get down and dirty, or should I say, down and BLOODY?! Fox’ next upcoming movie is called Jennifer’s Body. The film is described as a Heathers-like dark comedy, which tells the story of a seemingly-perfect cheerleader whose life is thrown into disarray when she gets possessed by a demon, begins eating boys in her small town, then faces off against her best friend and the Satan-worshiping band that made her evil.

● Now this sucks! Say what you want about Sean Penn and his political agenda, but the dude is an AMAZINGLY GREAT actor. He’s a two-time Oscar winner for Christ sakes! Unfortunately, Penn just announced that he’s taking a year off from making movies, to resolve “personal matters.” Last month Penn filed for a request to dismiss his divorce proceedings from his wife Robin Wright Penn, the second time he’s done so. This decision is going to affect some high-profile films that he had already committed to.
Slim Shady Headed Back To The Big Screen

The last time Eminem aka Marshall Mathers aka Slim Shady in a film, it was in 2002. The film was 8 Mile, which was loosely based on the Detroit rapper’s life. He won the Best Song Oscar at the Academy Awards for Lose Yourself. I’m honestly surprised he wasn’t considered for some sort of award or honor for his performance. His ability to project raw emotion was fantastic. Since then he’s had some serious trouble with drugs, causing him to check in to rehab and take a four-year hiatus from music and movies. Now he’s back with Relapse, his 5th solo album coming out May 19th.
Well Slim is on a media tour, promoting the album obviously, and he was asked about his whether he wanted to get back into acting, to which he replied “I’m definitely looking to get back into it soon.” His manager and long time friend Paul Rosenberg, jumped in to say that Em will have a brief cameo in a big upcoming movie this year. “It’s a murder-mystery, comedy, epic, drama, Disney movie.” That’s how Slim described the super secret “cameo.” Neither guy would elaborate further on the role, but Rosenberg did claim that the movie was “a big deal.” Check out the audio clip from Sirius Satellite Radio, click “On Acting.”
So, what movie could it be? Terminator? Transformers 2? G.I. Joe? Either way, it’s gonna be sick to see Eminem back up there on the silver screen.
