The ‘This Means War’ Trailer Looks Stupid, But It Could Be Entertaining

This Means War stars two of my favorite actors, Tom Hardy and Reese Witherspoon, with Chris Pine, an actor who has grown on me very much since his big screen splash in Star Trek, acting as the third wheel. The film does not seem to fit the mold of typical roles Tom Hardy chooses — but honestly, it looks like it could be fun. This Means War doesn’t seem to take itself too seriously which is a must with a concept like this. Hit the jump to learn more.

I won’t waste time with a synopsis, This Means War is so basic the trailer explains it all.

The film won’t be my favorite or award worthy by any means — of course it’s farfetched and over the top, but it looks like a comical back and forth between two worthy suitors for the lovely Reese Witherspoon. I can’t say I’m dying to see This Means War, but it looks like it could amount to an entertaining ride with three actors I respect very much. I would see this film based on their involvement alone.

this looked good at first then kind of turned lame-ish! It will be cute and funny I am sure, but with those two guys as CIA Spies, I figured something better to come out of it.

Am I the only one that thinks the movie is actually stupid at all levels? Woman dating two men = romantic comedy? It should be WHORE! D:___>

I saw it for free at a screening and because I had such low, very low, expectations for it, I found it pretty funny! Nothing great, but something fun to watch with your girlfriends over a glass of wine!
