‘Pearl Jam Twenty’ Trailer

By

A documentary on the ever popular and loved alternative rock band, Pearl Jam, will be hitting the big screen less than a month from now on October 21st. Written, directed, and produced by Cameron Crowe (Jerry Maguire, Almost Famous),  Pearl Jam Twenty dives head first into 20 years of history behind the rise to fame for one of the grungiest, if not the grungiest, alternative rock bands of the 1990′s.

The anticipated Pearl Jam Twenty promises to offer 1,200 hours of footage that is rare to never been seen before, while getting comfortably personal with members: Eddie Vedder (lead vocals, guitar), Mike McCready (lead guitar), Stone Gossard (rhythm guitar), Jeff Ament (bass), and Mike Cameron (drums). Naturally, the documentary will encompass the importance of people that shaped the band for better or for the worse on the long road to success.

Do not expect the drawbacks that took Pearl Jam out of the lime light for a time to be sugar-coated. From winning a Grammy to boycotting Ticketmaster, Pearl Jam has quite the story to tell. Concert footage, casual Q&A’s, and affirmations about the power of music and the music culture surrounding Pearl Jam’s followers will be depicted with brash vitality and keep fans entertained. The amazing complimentary soundtrack will keep fans enticed as the story unfolds through Pearl Jam Twenty.

Here’s to one of the greatest American rock bands that stuck together.
