Still excited for this, but that CGI looks terrible. His suit and mask are way too bright, looks almost cartoonish. Hopefully they'll be able to fine-tune over the next six months in the VFX editing suite, but a pretty bad first impression.

Is there a more boring comic character than The Green Lantern?? oh yeah! Superman. Cmon… my green ring will basically create anything I need, do anything I ask… DC starts and ends with Batman.

I really don't understand this dislike for Lantern, have you read Hal Jordan's storyline? It's one of the most interesting storylines in comics.

yee, isn't hal like the 3rd Green Lantern?? uhhhg… this movie might be a netflix/aint got shit to do tonight…

there is a reason this comic doesn't sell. crap character. crap writing.
i can only imagine the movie will be the same.

Ha ha, I like how you send off the message Kevin. But you don't think the GL storyline is good? I like the idea of a universal protection unit. Granted I know far less than yourself and have never read the comic, I think the idea itself is awesome. But, Hal Jordan doesn't seem as likable as the idea of the Green Lanterns. What do you think of how the footage is shaping up?
