Insane, Wacky, Hysterical Compliation Video Paying Homage to ‘The Dark Knight’

If you haven’t seen or heard of the hilarious, out-of-control Hollywood gossip blog Oh No They Didn’t! (ONTD!), then you’d better pay attention. I stumbled across this blog on Twitter last week and it’s absolutely hysterical. It’s a gossip blog, run completely by and for hardcore fangirls with an obsession for geek culture. All the stories feature profane, obscenity-lased tirades and crazy, vulgar homemade GIFs that allows them to celebrate all things entertainment. It makes Perez Hilton look like CNN. Apparently all the fans of the site were obsessed with The Dark Knight back in 2008 (women of good taste). And during TDK‘s explosive success at the box-office and domination of popular culture, the geek-girls of ONTD constantly posted hilarious videos and Photoshopped pictures celebrating the film. This is one of those.
In the comment section of a Batman 3 article from a couple weeks ago (the comment sections usually contain several hundred replies; it’s a really popular blog) I found this video called “Party Post.” It’s a ridiculously fun compilation video paying homage to The Dark Knight with random Photoshopped images of all the actors in the film in outrageous scenarios, set to the music of “Party Hard” by Andrew W.K. My favorite part features the famous scene from Zoolander where all the models are in the roofless Jeep singing and dancing to “Wake Me Up” by George Michael. You know, “ORANGE MOCHA FRAPPACINOS!” Except this time, the faces of The Joker, Batman, Commissioner Gordon and Harvey Dent are super-imposed on their heads. It’s just fantastic!
Anyway, it’s kind of hard to explain, you just have to watch it for yourself. It’s wonderful! Check it out.
