Hottest, Sexiest Cast Ever Assembled For “Valentine’s Day”

Uhhh…HELLO!!!!  And I wasn’t even able squeeze Jennifer Garner’s pic in there. Needless to say this is an epic gathering of Hollywood’s elite A-list hotties. The Hollywood Reporter has the scoop that veteran Rom-Com director Garry Marshall (Pretty Woman, Runaway Bride) will direct New Line’s upcoming romantic comedy Valentine’s Day. Per the pics above, the film’s cast includes: Julia Roberts, Anne Hathaway, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba and Jennifer Garner rounding out the gorgeous female line up. Legendary actress Shirley Maclaine is also in the film. Don’t worry ladies, there’s plenty of eye candy for you too. Mr. Punk’d Ashton Kutcher and Green Lantern candidate Bradley Cooper will comprise the lead male roles.

Tarantino/Love Actually-style, the movie has five slightly interconnecting stories playing out during a Valentine’s Day in Los Angeles. Here’s a breakdown on some of the story lines and you can speculate on how you think they’ll play out:

Roberts is an army officer on leave from Iraq on a flight to L.A. Cooper, on the same flight, is a gay man whose lover is a closeted football player.

Kutcher is an owner of a flower shop who proposes to his girlfriend (Alba), only to realize he is in love with his close friend, played by Garner, who discovers her boyfriend is married.

MacLaine plays Roberts’ mother, a happy retiree who reveals to her husband a long-ago affair.

Hathaway is an assistant working at the biggest talent agency in town and dating a mailroom assistant; Biel is a publicist unlucky in love (is there any other kind?) who has no date on Valentine’s Day.

Whoaa!!…I hear epic “oooo’s” and “ahhh’s” coming from the audience already. Major roles still to be cast are the gay football player, MacLaine’s husband, the mail room worker, a talent agent and a young boy looking to give his crush some flowers. New Line had some pretty decent success with its most recent epic ensemble Rom-Com He’s Just Not That Into You with Scarlett Jo, Jennifer Aniston, etc. Valentine’s Day has WAY more female star-power though. I love me a good romantic comedy, so I’m def looking forward to this one. On top of being in love with Anne Hathaway. Lastly, New Line, in case you haven’t discussed it, you should probably release this one, on say…Valentine’s Day weekend. Just throwing it out there so that you don’t make the mistake of releasing it against Saw XXIIV on Halloween or something.

What Do You think? Discuss.
